Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Services

By engaging the services of K2 Transport LLC, the customer (Shipper/Broker) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all freight movements, logistics consulting, and supply chain management provided by our Rifle, CO headquarters.

2. Rate Confirmations & Quotes

All price estimates provided via the website are non-binding. A binding contract is only established once a formal Rate Confirmation has been executed. K2 Transport LLC reserves the right to adjust rates if actual cargo dimensions, weight, or pickup conditions vary from the original quote.

3. Cargo Liability & Claims

Liability for cargo loss or damage is governed by the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706). K2 Transport LLC maintains insurance coverage as required by law; however, liability is limited to $100,000 per shipment unless a higher value is declared and additional insurance premiums are paid in writing before transit.

4. Detention & Accessorials

Standard loading and unloading time is two (2) hours. K2 Transport LLC reserves the right to assess detention fees for delays beyond this window. Layover fees, Truck Order Not Used (TONU), and lumper fees will be charged as per our current rate schedule.

5. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by Federal law and the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action arising from services provided by K2 Transport LLC must be brought in the courts located in Garfield County, CO.
